Job purpose
To provide support to the Procurement Manager in the implementation of sourcing strategy through the execution of Request For Proposals (RFP) / Request For Quotation (RFQ) process.
Duties and responsibilities
Assist with sourcing, negotiating and purchasing of materials for all centres
Facilitate the Tender Evaluation meeting with the pre-determined evaluation criteria and weightage
Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors for contracts.
Responsible for the entire Procurement process, monitoring from Requirement Gathering to Release of Purchase Orders/ Letter of Award
Manage project timeline, stakeholders and communications between end user and vendor.
Assist Procurement Manager with vendor assessment

Able to work well under stress in a fast paced environment
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
Diploma in Procurement or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Procurement
