The Senior Executive reports to the Director of Research, Innovation and Training Academy [RITA]. Your main role is to provide strong administrative support especially for the inaugural staging of RITA. The shortlisted candidate must be an independent thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive and deliver results effectively.

• Helm the core secretariat and administrative support for RITA day-to-day operations
• Provide and manage the logistical backing for MWS staff training (mainly in-house)
• Work alongside with the RITA research team on administrative matters as and when required
• Assists the Director (RITA) to gather and organize critical information from the MWS family/key personnel to inform new workstreams at RITA

The shortlisted candidate must have the following skills and proven abilities but not limited to the listed competencies below to perform this role:

• At least 3 years of working knowledge in the social and/or health sector
• Keen interest to co create with MWS teams on innovative process to improve overall service delivery
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work in great details
• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders’ engagement through focus groups, briefings and meetings
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Strong competencies on MS Office with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Familiarity with social media and digital platforms to curate content
• Working knowledge on CANVA to create e-blasts, training e-brochures for below-the-line RITA branding efforts
